Breath therapy offers a low effort approach to recovery from Long COVID and other chronic conditions.
Based on the principles of Buteyko, it works by re-calibrating chemo-receptors that regulate breathing.
Breath dysfunction is often overlooked as a cause, however breath is fundamental to our health, and if it is disturbed or altered it can have significant health implications. If you’ve tried everything else with limited success, then breath is an obvious next step.
Whilst the exercises are simple, the act of changing breathing patterns requires consistent work. My program needs only 150 minutes of tuition and costs £150, but, for you to see results, you will need to do the work.

Who is it for?
I can’t promise to fix all cases of Long COVID / chronic conditions. However, if you have one or more of the following symptoms, I am confident what I offer will lead to significant improvement:
Breathlessness
Fatigue
Allergies
Congestion
Digestive Issues
Breath therapy is particularly successful if your experience of COVID was primarily congestion, difficulty breathing, or abnormal fatigue. If, before getting sick, you had energy issues, snored heavily, suffered from anxiety or depression, or talked for a living then this is also recommended.
This program is not limited to Long COVID, and can be used by people with chronic conditions like asthma, anxiety, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, depression, congestion, and difficulty breathing. It is also effective at correcting any impact to energy or health caused by stress placed on the body / individual (eg long term illness, sudden shock or trauma, prolonged stress).
What’s involved?
The program consists of an initial 30 minute consultation based on a questionnaire I will ask you to complete. We will then work through two 60 minute sessions in which I will teach you the breathing exercises. These sessions are recorded so you can keep them. I will also provide you with a booklet which explains the science behind the method and gives further instruction on the exercises.
