REIKI TRAINING
Are you ready to take the next step on your Reiki journey?
Each level of training with me includes Kundalini and Tantric meditation practices to develop your sensitivity to energy, sound healing to raise your vibration, and Qigong & Yoga to encourage you to ground & protect yourself.
Level One / First Degree
Learn the basics of Reiki over two days. You will receive four Reiki attunements that start the flow of healing Ki. By the end of the course you will be ready to deliver unpaid Reiki treatments to friends and family, and will have the skills and knowledge to incorporate Reiki into your life.
Topics covered include:
- What is Reiki?
- The history of Reiki
- Basic anatomy and physiology
- The energy body (meridians, chakras, electromagnetic field)
- Developing your Reiki skills through meditation and sound therapy
- Grounding and protection
- Self Treatment
- Treating Others – hand positions, techniques, ethics
- The power of intention
Reiki Level One is often a life changing experience – as well as obtaining the ability to heal yourself and those close to you, this course will encourage you to evaluate your own life and to introduce well-being practices such as meditation.
Where, when & how much?
Cost 1-2-1 £275 (please enquire about small group training). A deposit of £100 is required to reserve a place, the balance to be paid 7 days prior to the training. Payment can be made via BACs or on the website.
I offer Reiki training in Stoke Newington, London N16 and Welwyn, Hertfordshire AL6. Part of the program can be done online if required, but the attunements must be in person.
Run over two non-consecutive days (or equivalent), the First Degree requires no knowledge of Reiki however it is helpful if participants have tried at least one session of Reiki before attending.

Level Two / Second Degree
The Second Degree develops your Reiki skills further and you will receive four more attunements. By the end of the course you will be qualified to treat paying clients, become a member of professional Reiki bodies and to obtain insurance.

- A review of and deeper understanding of Reiki First Degree
- Three Reiki symbols and mantras – how to create and use them
- Distance Healing Techniques
- Requirements of a Professional Practitioner
- Developing your energy further
- The nature of illness
- Bringing your skills to the practice
- Meditation and subtlety
- Reiki applications outside of the treatment room

I offer Reiki training in Stoke Newington, London N16 and Welwyn, Hertfordshire AL6. Part of the program can be done online if required, but the attunements must be in person.
Run over two non-consecutive days (or equivalent), successful completion of the First Degree is a requirement for this course (this can be with another Usui Reiki Master) and it is desirable that attendees have some experience of giving treatments to themselves and others prior to attending.

Master Level
The Master Level gives you additional attunements and knowledge that allow you to attune and teach others to be Reiki practitioners. Even though this level is referred to as “Master”, mastery will take a lifetime – this course provides you with the tools, knowledge and experience to deepen your connection to and understanding of Reiki.

- The Master symbol
- How to perform attunements
- How to produce manuals and lesson plans
- Overview of Reiki Levels One and Two
- Heart attunements
- Advanced practices
- Links and resources.

Cost 1-2-1 £375 – a deposit of £100 is required at the time of booking, the balance to be paid 7 days prior to the training. Payment can be made via BACs or on the website.
I offer Reiki training in Stoke Newington, London N16 and Welwyn, Hertfordshire AL6. Part of the program can be done online if required, but the attunements must be in person.
Run over three days non-consecutive days (or equivalent), successful completion of the First and Second Degrees is a requirement for this course (this can be with another Usui Reiki Master) followed by a committed and sustained period of practice & experience (12 months minimum).
