We are passionate about helping people to excel. Our training course is designed to make you the best yoga teacher you can possibly be. We provide you with the most comprehensive training so that when you qualify you are knowledgeable, confident & skilled.
This Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training is NOT Yogi Bhajan’s Kundalini Yoga. This is classical Tantra / Hatha yoga focused on Kundalini. It is rooted in the ancient texts and philosophy, and translated for a modern audience via science, psychology, and current analogy. You will not be asked to wear white or to cover your head, and there is no Sikh element to the course. For a candid look at our training, check out our Blog article.
Is It For You?
The Training will suit someone looking for an energy based, meditative approach to Yoga, with special emphasis on the nervous system, breath, and healing the unconscious. We will give you a solid foundation in classical Yoga, and the understanding required to make that relevant for a modern audience.
We keep numbers low (less than 10) to ensure we can give you the time and support you need to become the best Yoga teacher you can possibly be.
Our brochure will be emailed directly to your Inbox. It may take a few minutes to arrive – please check your Spam folder if not received or contact us on email@example.com.
