Tuesday 19.30-21.00 Kundalini Yoga (Online) £6.00
Suzanne leads you through 90 minutes of movement, breath, and meditation. If your interest in yoga extends beyond lengthening your hamstrings, then this is for you. Bring an open mind, explore who you are and drop into deeper states of consciousness. The Tuesday night class tends to be more relaxed than Wednesday morning’s. Read more about Kundalini Yoga here. Wednesday 09.30-11.00 Kundalini Yoga (Online) £6.00

Thursday 18.30-19.30 Gentle Yin Yoga – (Online) £5.00
Roll out your mat, cushions and blankets – the weekend starts here. Deep stretches held for 3+ minutes open up the body’s fascia and stimulates the energy meridians. This class provides deep release, it’s nurturing and restorative. For more on Yin Yoga, click here. Beginners very welcome.
