Breath Workshop – Sunday 30th November 10.00-11.00
Woolmer Green Village Hall, Woolmer Green, Hertfordshire SG3 6XA
This breath workshop will help the lungs through the winter months and restore good health to body and mind. We’ll explore how the breath can be used to improve a whole host of health issues from menopause to mental health. The exercises will involve some gentle stretches and twists and some more challenging exercises involving the arms , but the main focus will be on the breath and stilling the mind,
This breath workshop is open to everyone and can be completed from a chair if you would prefer not to sit on a mat. If you would like to discuss the workshop with me prior to booking please email info@babacool.net or call 07746679905.
If you have not practised with me previously I will require you to complete a Questionnaire prior to your attendance. Please let me know about any medical issues, injuries, or movement restrictions at the time of booking.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and cushion if you can.
