Breath for glandular balance.
Our glandular system is a finally balanced, interconnected system. It’s effects are far reaching on all aspects of our health. This is one of the most subtle parts of the body to work with, and is perfectly suited to meditation.
This session consists of breath exercises, mudras and movement to maintain balance in the glandular system (hormone balance). We take each gland in turn and use an exercise to boost it. In effectively working through the chakra system too, this session brings equilibrium to the subtle or energetic body. It’s a great facilitator for meditation too.
You can sit on the floor or in a chair for this. If you choose to sit in a chair, make sure your feet are on the floor and your spine straight. And if you like the session you can join me every Friday morning (8 to 8.30am) for free via Zoom for a breath focused meditation session – message for the link (firstname.lastname@example.org).
