By learning to read your breath and to control the speed and depth of your breathing, you can make significant changes to your emotional, physical and mental well-being. This session will help you to remain calm, centred and self-aware during this challenging time when it can be quite easy to fall into disruptive breath patterns that can quickly turn into longer-term health damaging habits. It will also help to boost your health by keeping your body balanced – working specifically with the nervous system, immune system and glandular system.
