As we start a fresh year, here’s what we’re up to for the first part at least:

Gong Baths:

February’s gong baths are all sold out. The next available event is on the 20th March and is on sale here. April 3rd and May 7th will also host gong baths at Woolmer Green. Tickets on sale soon, mark the dates!

Workshops:

Yin and Gong has proven popular – the next one is on the 27th February, details here. There will be another on the 24th April, tickets to be released shortly.

Training:

Want to learn gong with us? Our February Level 1 and 2 is sold out. We are running a Level 1 course in London on the 30th April, you can book here. We are busy developing an online version of our training to accommodate overseas gong lovers and people who can’t make it to London. We hope to have this ready for March / April – register your interest now.

If you’re a gong playing yoga teacher who wants to learn how to use the gong in class to enhance asana, meditation & pranayama, not just savasana, sign up for Gong Yoga Training. This is a 10 hour YAP accredited CPD course, being held in central London on the 1st May. Sound therapists with a good knowledge of yoga are also eligible. All the details and booking here.

Yoga teachers who want to learn about Buteyko breathing and deepen their knowledge of Pranayama check out the online course starting in April. Again this is YAP accredited for CPD. Live sessions will be recorded and made available so if you can’t make all the dates, you can still complete the course. For more on why Buteyko and Pranayama are the perfect match, click here.

Our 200 hour teacher training is on course to start in October – we hope to announce it shortly.

Classes:

All yoga classes and breath will continue online. The schedule remains unchanged. We will be adding an option just to access the recorded classes, rather than live and recorded, to accommodate overseas yogis and those who can’t make the stated times. TRE will restart in February with one session a month.
