Gua Sha’d to the Max
Thank you to everyone who gave us positive feedback about Dr Crystal’s Gua Sha routine and Scarlett’s Vinyasa. Alex and I have become addicted to the Gua Sha and our eyebrows have risen a good centimetre! We hope you’ve experienced similar. Scarlett’s classes have also proven a hit, and we look forward to introducing some Pilates over the next few weeks.
Return of the Gongs
On the 17th October we managed to squeeze in an in-person gong bath in Woolmer Green. It was so lovely to see some of you in person albeit masked and socially distanced. We absolutely loved being able to play the gongs for you again. We will organise another just as soon as this current lockdown lifts sufficiently.
Cello, Gong and Yin
Our trip to the recording studio with Monika Luberda last month was also a great success. Alex is hard at work editing gong and cello together. watch this space for an online Yin and sound extravaganza.
Online Classes
And for the moment, of course, we remain online with our yoga and Qigong classes, hopefully providing moments of calm and hope. The Archive has over 170 recordings now and we know from your feedback that they are being well-used.
Ongoing Study
Suzanne has been using this uncertain year as a time to study and ramp up her own practice. As well as qualifying as a breath coach, she has also studied Bioenergetics with Anodea Judith, AcuYin with Jo Phee, Nyasa meditation with Paul Grilley, Tantric Meditation with Sally Kempton, Fascia and the Mechanics of Stretch with Tom Myers, and Fascial Slings with Karin Gurtner. She is all set for further studies with Tias Little and Paul Grilley later this month. Alex has just successfully completed further training in Shibashi Set C and continues to learn with masters from around the World.
