Yoga in Welwyn Hertfordshire

I moved to Welwyn, Hertfordshire in 2007. I originally planned to move to St Albans from North London but fate had other ideas. And I’m pleased it did.

From Kundalini classes in Welwyn Garden City, to private yoga classes from Codicote to the Ayots, gong baths at Tesco & the University of Hertfordshire, yoga classes in Odyssey Gym in Stevenage, to massage, reiki, TRE & breath work in Hertfordshire, and Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training and Gong Training in Welwyn, London & France, I’ve been working in the area since 2013. It’s a beautiful place to work, with rolling fields, small villages, great cycle tracks and a short train journey to London for inspiration & training. Babacool has thrived here and I’m so grateful to the people who have supported me over the years and helped me develop as a therapist, teacher and trainer.

I look forward to the next thirteen years here, teaching, healing, and helping people find their true potential.
