Take time out to relax, renew and reset with a week of yoga, relaxation, clean dining, fun and nature.
We are thrilled to be able to offer you the chance to spend a week with us in an exclusive hamlet near Vergt, 30 minutes from Bergerac airport. The property is set in 21 hectares of natural beauty and comes with a large outdoor pool, yoga hall, outdoor eating area, and easy access to the local village.
The week will be full of fun, friendship, free time and, of course, France. In addition we have put together a menu to make you sparkle with good health and energy, and a schedule of activities to help you rejuvenate and re-energise in the French countryside.
Sample daily schedule:
- 0700-0830 Yoga and meditation to start the day
- 0830-0930 Breakfast
- 1030 – 1200 TRE / Qigong / Breath Practice / Ice Bath / Inward Focus
- 1230 – 0130 Lunch
- 1330 – 1530 Free Time (optional massage / reiki sessions available)
- 1600 – 1700 Chakra work / self-reflection / vision boards
- 1800 – 1900 Dinner
- 1930 – 2030 Sound Bath / Nidra / Meditation

A £500 non-refundable* deposit will hold your place. The balance needs to be paid by May 1st 2027.
(The hamlet has eight bedrooms and six bathrooms across three properties, and can accommodate up to twenty one people)
All meals provided (allergies catered for). Transfers to and from the airport can be arranged at an additional cost of 30 euros per person. Towels, linen, hairdryers etc are provided. Flights and travel insurance are NOT included.
There will be plenty of time to explore Vergt, a small market town with fresh produce, craft shops and a thriving cafe / restaurant scene. There are also plenty of local vineyards for you to visit. The scenery is beautiful with rolling green countryside, woodland and lakes. The property is completely private and designed to be a place of relaxation & retreat.
As well as a pool, the property has a volleyball court, slackline, games room, running routes, and ample places to kick back with a book or a journal.
Closest airport is Bergerac which is serviced by Ryanair from London Stansted or British Airways from London City Airport.

*We reserve the right to cancel should numbers not be sufficient to run the retreat. In this event you will be entitled to a full refund. Any decision to cancel by us will be made by March 31st 2027. Flights booked before this date will be at your own risk and will not be reimbursed by us.
