It’s been a great past month. September saw us running a Yin Yoga and Gong workshop which was really well attended (thank you) and so lovely to teach! Alex and I came away buzzing. It’s so great to be running in person events again.

We were in London on the 2nd October training 5 wonderful people to play the gong. It’s such a pleasure to start people on their gong journey. It also never ceases to amaze me how people’s character shines through in their playing. Five people played the same gongs and each time it was totally different! If you’d like to join us for the next training it’s in February next year, in central London (Marble Arch).

We also ran a sold out Gong Bath on the 10th October. We’ve booked in as many gong baths as we can to accommodate people. The next one is on the 20th November but has sold out already. The following Sunday, the 28th, we’re running another Yin and Gong Workshop. You can buy both for £30, or attend just the Gong Bath for £16 (£20 just the Yin). This will be our Xmas extravaganza – the next event won’t be until 2022. So join us if you can – we’re really looking forward to this one already.

If you follow us on Social Media you will already know that I (Suzanne) made Senior Yoga Teacher! I’m so excited about this as it was what I aimed for from the start of my training. In terms of progression within Yoga Alliance Professionals, this is as far as it goes (I think the next stage is cult leader!). What does it mean? Well, we have been able to register Babacool as a Yoga Training Provider. This means that we can start to run Yoga Teacher Training courses as well as specialist courses for existing Yoga Teachers. Obviously this will entail a lot of preparation – I have cut down my private teaching hours for a while to work on developing training. Watch this space – we have so many ideas for 2022.

Finally, the website has undergone a facelift. Having changed the logo, we wanted something a bit cleaner, sunnier and better organised. Hopefully you’ll all like it as much as we do.
