Yin, Breath, and Gong Workshop – Sunday 27th October 16.30-18.30

Step off the World for a few hours and let your body unwind. This Yin Yoga workshop will delve deeply into the essence of Yin energy – slow, mindful, quiet and healing. Prepare your self for colder days, turn inwards, to nurture and reflect.
Yin Yoga is a slow practice, poses are held for 3 minutes plus in order to deepen stretches. This workshop is open to everyone but will be better suited to those with some basic experience of yoga. If you have not practised yoga with me previously I will require you to complete a Questionnaire prior to your attendance. Please let me know about any medical issues, injuries, or movement restrictions at the time of booking.
You are encouraged to use props during this workshop to enhance your practice. Please bring a yoga mat, one or two blankets, a yoga bolster or 2 pillows, a yoga strap or scarf/fabric belt, a small cushion for your head, two yoga blocks and water. I have a limited number of bolsters – if you would like to borrow one, please let me know.
