Join me via Zoom for a Kundalini Yoga class online on a Tuesday evening 19.30-21.00 GMT (next class 1/11/22) – if you’re stressed and wanting to let off steam and relax, or depressed and wanting a pick-up, or if you’re just after all round well-being and calmness then this is the class for you.
Open to all, beginners very welcome – if you haven’t practised with us before, I just ask that you contact me before your first online class and complete a short Questionnaire so I can keep you safe during your practice.

Our classes are suitable for all levels unless otherwise stated. Our online classes are not suitable for under 18s unless supervised by a guardian. They are also not suitable if you are pregnant.
You will need the Zoom app and enough space to be able to lie down on the floor, perhaps with a bit of space each side to stretch out your arms and legs. A blanket and cushion to hand will also be useful. If you’re stuck for music to play during the class we have created a few Spotify playlists for you – search Babacool Yoga.
On receipt of payment, you will be sent a link to the class that will allow you to connect in. The class will be open 15 minutes beforehand to allow time to catch up and to sort out any technical issues. If you haven’t received the link an hour before the class, please get in touch so I can resend it – 07746679905.
