Join us for a Gong Bath to relax, renew and refresh. Gong baths have been shown to balance the Autonomic Nervous System, affect brainwaves, provide deep relaxation that mimics sleep, and cleanse the blood. (Click here for more information on what to expect).

You must book for this event as numbers are limited.

Tickets are £19.00.

There is free parking at the venue. A full list of instructions will be sent to you before the event.

CONTRA-INDICATIONS:

Gong baths are not recommended during the first and last trimester of pregnancy or if you have a pacemaker. They may not be suitable for metal implants (not including dental fillings), sensitivity to sound including tinnitus and Meniere’s. Also for some forms of epilepsy and seizures, and for some mental health issues. Please contact us to discuss any of these issues prior to booking. They are not suitable for young children (14 and under) – 15 and 16 year olds must be accompanied by an adult. If you have any concerns about your health and how it might be affected by a gong bath please contact us to discuss prior to booking.
