Online Private Yoga Classes
Would you like to learn yoga and meditation from the comfort of your own home? Perhaps you’d like to deepen your practice? Or work at improving your physical and mental health? Maybe you don’t feel ready to join a class or don’t have the time to commit to a regular class?
We work with a large number of private 1-2-1 yoga clients online via Zoom. Working 1-2-1 online offers a number of benefits from no commute to a recording of the session to work through afterwards. It allows you the opportunity to relax in your own space and offers flexible timings. You can keep up your practice when you’re away. The sessions are tailored to your needs and the space you will be working in. And it works out cheaper at only £30 an hour.
What You Need
To work online all you need is a suitable space, a good internet connection, a Zoom account and a laptop or tablet. What works really well are 2 cameras – one on a laptop or tablet so you can see what’s going on, and another such as a mobile phone angled so we can see you. A yoga mat is preferable. A yoga bolster, strap & block is a bonus but a couple of cushions or pillows, a scarf, & some books will suffice.
How to Book
If you’d like to work with us online, please get in touch. We will assess what you need and if we’re a good fit for you. You will then be asked to complete a questionnaire about your health and lifestyle, & what you hope to get from an online yoga practice. We can do the consultation via a 20 minute online chat if you prefer.
What we offer
We teaching yoga, Qigong and meditation for general health and well-being. We also have lots of experience working with: Mental Health Issues (trauma, anxiety, panic attacks, depression, eating disorders, addiction) ~ Chronic Conditions (fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, IBS, rheumatoid arthritis, etc) ~ Recovery from Major Illness or Injury (cancer, surgery, Long COVID, broken limbs, back problems) ~ Menopause ~ Challenges of Major Life Events (eg grief, divorce).
Our sessions draw on lots of different yoga traditions and Qigong as well as Breath Coaching, Bioenergetics, TRE trauma release, and other methods. So our classes are a little different to some other practices like gym based yoga. If you just want to stretch out your hamstrings, perhaps we’re not for you. If you want to breathe, move, meditate, and restore balance & coherence to the body, and you’re not afraid to experiment to get there, then get in touch.
