Vinyasa is a more dynamic style of yoga practice, combining flow between yoga poses with breath. Great for building strength and flexibility in equal measure. Scarlett’s classes are great for beginners and for those wishing to improve their practice. She incorporates a lot of traditional Hatha into the sessions.
